A hard-boiled man, Blondie engages in a crime, hoping to make fast cash in order to win his daughter back from kidnappers. When a stunning witness named Lilly Riggs catches him red-handed, she innocently mistakes him as an artist that’s relocating a painting. Now, Blondie is forced to tie up loose ends if he wants to remain furtive. With a candy-lit cityscape and intriguing story, “Lily Riggs” delivers an eye-pleasing and stylish neo-noir drama.
