When a young, ambitious journalist notices an outbreak of suspicious “missing cat” posters, he suspects foul play. He digs into the lead, and discovers that the posters are actually code for a black market product: kiddy snuff films. Trying to make things right, he goes on his own to take down the killers, but unintentionally interferes with an ongoing investigation of missing children.
